My Media doesn't play.

1. Are you waiting long enough? Some of the clips are up to 2mb. When you click them, your browser downloads them to cache before it will play. How fast depends on your internet connection.

2. Is Shockwave installed? If no, click here

3. Is shockwave permitted by your browser? XP service pack 2 blocks shockwave by default. You may need to configure you browser to "prompt" for Active Files from your Internet Options menu. Why Prompt? Just because my active files are safe doesn't make every other internet site safe.

4. Contact your local PC expert. If you don't know one, any kid will probably know.
